Master Barber · Shop OwnerA workshop
for the cut
Sharp cuts. Straight razors. No shortcuts.

Iron & Oak opened in 2014 in a former machinist's workshop on Frankford Ave — exposed brick, leather chairs, and the smell of bay rum. We're a traditional barbershop with a modern eye: precision fades, sculpted beards, and the lost art of the hot-towel straight-razor shave. Every chair is run by a licensed barber who treats your cut like it's their signature.
We kept the bones of the old machine shop — the brick, the steel, the worn oak floor — and filled it with leather chairs and barbers who treat a fade like a finish line. Twelve years on Frankford Ave, and still the same standard.
The cut is half of it. The other half is the ten minutes in the chair where nobody needs anything from you.
